To answer your question, my favourite vegan place in Houston so far is a place called Radical Eats that does vegan Tex Mex. And boy does it do it. I've had their vegan tamales (no lard) and they're definitely winners!
I agree!! Glad you are inspired and full of energy. So am I! I have been drinking green tea in the mornings and it has me peppy all day. Thanks for your note this morning in my blog. My cousin lives in Portlandia. I hope to get out there next summer. Its all so beautiful! I want to visit some of those mid-century furniture stores.
